Magnamirror’s TM are great for all types of equipment. Tractors, loaders, excavators, UTV’S, ATV’S, combines anything metal you can put a magnamirror on and view behind or beside you while operating.
Magnamirror’s have always been the most powerful magnetic mirrors available made from the best available high Qaulity low cost materials.
Others use identical mirrors with plastic reflective surface or plastic washers and tension washers all hidden under the metal washer on the bracket.
The Chinese have started production of these mirrors as well using the lowest grade materials and magnets with 1/2 as much hold while they copy and paste my listings, and leaving the magnets rating saying they are the same as mine.
#1 reason I know they are not the same is I have always published a lower rating than the actual rating of the magnets on the mirrors I sell. This way if a buyer tested the magnets properly the test would out perform the rating.
Now it has become extremely useful because all the neodymium magnets are manufactured in countries that use the metric system and there’s not a grade of magnets in kg that could equal the # rating that the Chinese are claiming. Not to mention the 2 US warehouses they claim to ship from with their own listing showing that when the item ships it is leaving the country and their listing shows several times they are shipping out of China and claiming it is from the US.
I have seen the less expensive mirrors that look identical to mine until you remove the bracket then you see plastic washers and some have plexiglass reflective surface that yellows and is ruined.

I’m trying to match their prices but with them using subpar materials and cheap magnets I can’t match their prices forever.

Each magnet is rated for 278lbs and 2 on each mirror. Giving each side a 556 lbs rated magnetic hold. Larger than standard sized non-rubber coated magnets. And each set comes with vinyl coating for the magnets to protect you paint. That coating will decrease the magnetic hold but as strong as these are it won’t matter at all.
Direct force of 278 lbs when both magnets are attached to 1/2” thick pure un-painted steel.

This is the strongest magnets available anywhere on mirrors and they are larger than the vinyl coated magnets and most rubber coated @ 1.47” each magnet.

Magnets get their rating by attaching 2 identical magnets together then measuring the direct force to pull apart with no side to side movements. So 278lb rating is 139 LBs direct pull force (no side movements).
Magnets achieve full strength hold only when attached to 1/2” thick solid steel with no paint or rust inhibitors mixed into the metal it’s attached to
Check your compact Tractor for rubberized paint.
Some upgraded John Deere 2000 series and above have a new rubberized paint job that prevents the magnets from attaching to your tractor. If your paint is textured it is most likely rubberized paint.
