Vintage Delft Milk Glass Federal Coffee Mug.
The beautiful Dutch windmill waterwheel cup is in excellent condition with no chips or breaks.  Please look at all the photos.  The bottom on the cup has the Federal Logo, USA, and the number 36 raised on it.  The blue color on white milk glass is nice.
