Pierced filigree setting features 44 diamonds,
bead set in a milgrain framed bezel and 14 french cut sapphires.
European diamonds are approximately 1.28 carat to 1 1/2 carat.
The diamonds are fine white and clean.
French cut sapphires are approximately 0.28 carats.
The delicately engraved pierced filigree case is solid platinum.
Band is stretching generic and its 6 1/2 inch to 8 1/2 inch wrist.
Original band was probably ribbon style.
