Vintage Taylor Sybron Corp Embossed Eagle Barometer Thermometer Made of Plastic

This is a Vintage Taylor Sybron Corp Embossed Eagle Barometer Thermometer. It is 13.5" total in height and 9" total in width. It has a wood grain look but it is Made of Plastic. I do not know if it works and honestly I do not know how to test it. This was found at my Grandpa's house and no one in the family wants it.
