I purchased these tool bits at an industrial auction. some of these carbide end mills and inserts have signs that they have been used, but many of them do not. They are all being sold as previously owned.  None of these carbides have been re-sharpened or reground.  Buy with confidence as what you see in the photos is what you will receive.
